The YSVC-3S employs a unique three-stage cutting process using six blades arranged in three groups (A, B, C). Group A initiates the cut with 40% depth, Group B continues through the groove with another 40%, and Group C completes the final 20%. This progressive approach reduces cutting stress by over 80% compared to traditional single-cut methods.
This advanced technology ensures exceptionally smooth board edges and surfaces without warping, making it the only machine capable of guaranteeing deformation-free aluminum plate cutting.
The multi-stage cutting process provides superior V-CUT groove positioning capability, preventing board jumping even with shallow slots. The reduced cutting force combined with high-speed steel blades imported from Sweden significantly extends blade durability, with lifetimes exceeding one year when cutting aluminum boards.
